Manhattan Limousine Service, Inc - New York, NY
When US Air needed ground transportation for their door-to-door shuttle service to New York and Washington DC, they chose the largest provider in the country. We were called upon to create a custom billing system in record time. US Air's requirements were demanding and certainly not "business as usual" for Manhattan Limousine. Using the latest rapid application development techniques, we delivered a multi-user, high-availability system to accommodate a 50% increase in fares in less than 1 month.

National Health Care Provider - Lexington, MA
Operator of more than 1,500 clinics in North America with 35,000 employees, this health care provider needed a better way to monitor training activities, especially those mandated for regulatory compliance. We built a web-based application to monitor training activities and provide an "early warning system" for compliance risk. This application needed to scale and maintain multi-levels of secured access across a rapidly changing corporate hierarchy. Of even greater concern, we needed to deliver a solution to accommodate a heavily taxed network. Each clinic was limited to a surprising 56K bandwidth, which meant finding a thin-client solution with a high measure of functionality. Fortunately, we were able to source some highly programmable components with very small memory requirements. The components use AJAX techniques for highly efficient user interfaces.

Charitable Nonprofit Advocacy - Waltham, MA
Having a website with significant content management needs, this Advocacy contacted us to help them modernize design and economize maintenance. We accomplished this by replacing their static website with a content management system (CMS). Costs were contained because the CMS provided the capabilities for staff to transfer content from the old site with minimal training time. The new site has significantly improved interactive features for a more interesting user experience.
